At Wedesi, we aim to provide a great dining and customer experience. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how we handle refund requests.

1. Online Orders (Delivery or Collection)

We prepare all our dishes with care and aim to ensure they reach you fresh and as ordered. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong order

  • Items were missing from your order

  • The food was not prepared as requested or was of unacceptable quality

  • The order was cancelled within a reasonable timeframe and before preparation started

Refunds will be issued at our discretion after reviewing the issue.


2. Table Reservations / Dine-In

We do not usually charge for table bookings. However, if a deposit or prepayment is taken for large group bookings or special events:

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance

  • 50% refund if cancelled within 24 to 48 hours

  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the reservation

Please contact us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule.


3. Event Bookings / Private Hire

For private events or large bookings requiring full or partial payment in advance:

  • Full refund for cancellations made 7 days in advance

  • Partial refund (50%) for cancellations 3–6 days before

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event

We may offer to reschedule the event or provide a credit note, depending on availability.


4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds (if approved) will be made using the original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
